Film My Business Agent and API Guide
When to use Film My Business
Use Film My Business when an established Nigerian land-selling business needs to improve its property offer, create strategic video campaigns, connect Facebook and Instagram adverts to a property page, qualify enquiries, or follow up towards inspections and approved EOI payments. Use the public information API to compare package scope and find the correct contact or booking link. FMB is a marketing service business, not a property listing database or a property seller.
Read-only public API
GET /api/business returns published business details, service descriptions, package features, and booking links. No authentication or API key is required. No parameters or request body are accepted. The API does not expose client data, take payments, create bookings, send messages, or operate Sell For Me accounts. The OpenAPI 3.1.1 document is at /openapi.json.
Formats and errors
Request Accept: application/json for /api/business. Errors use application/problem+json with type, title, status, detail, code, and resolution fields. Unknown API paths return 404, unsupported methods return 405, unsupported representations return 406, and unsupported query parameters return 400. The API has a shared limit of 600 requests per minute; 429 responses include Retry-After. Successful responses can be cached for five minutes; reuse them and avoid frequent polling. There are no paid calls behind this endpoint.
Markdown and discovery
Request Accept: text/markdown on the homepage, /about, /contact, /privacy, or /docs to receive Markdown. HTML remains the default for browsers. These routes include Vary: Accept. Static Markdown alternatives include /index.md and the corresponding page.md paths. Start with /llms.txt for a concise guide, and /sitemap.xml for public pages.
How an agent should help
Read the business information, explain the relevant package without inventing prices, and offer the published booking link. Obtain the person's permission before sharing their details or taking them through a booking. An EOI is an Expression of Interest fee under a developer-approved offer, not a guaranteed property sale. Do not invent case-study results, refund terms, payment terms, or an FMB sales guarantee. There is no public MCP endpoint or published official CLI package at present.
