We start by understanding your property, payment terms, proof, and the reasons a buyer might hesitate. We then create campaign videos and connect the adverts to a property-specific page. Buyers learn about the offer before answering questions about their budget, plans, and timing. Your sales team receives that context instead of only a name and phone number.
A clear next step for buyers
Depending on the approved offer, follow-up can ask for an Expression of Interest fee, a site inspection, or a conversation with your team. An EOI is a smaller upfront payment that secures an agreed offer for a fixed period. It is not suitable for every project. Qualification does not guarantee a purchase, and results depend on the offer, execution, and buyer decisions.
